A warm welcome to visitors with a brief introduction to Seiyukai Shotokan Karate.
Karate is a great sport that anyone, regardless of age or gender, can learn in a safe and fun way and become stronger both physically and mentally.
However, in the world of karate, some schools sought to be the strongest” too much and showed off their physical skills too much, and the image of it as an extreme sport that was only practiced by a select few took hold among the general public. It’s gone.
